- Learn procedures and documentation necessary for processing wholesale transactions
- Learn procedures and documentation necessary to register motorcycles, RVs, vessels, fleet vehicles, and large commercial vehicles
- Learn how to correct title errors
- Gain understanding of why items are submitted to DMV Suspense and how to follow up
- Learn what information is provided on the vehicle history inquiry report and how it may affect the sale of the vehicle
- Learn how to resolve missing documentation when parties cannot be reached
- Learn what types of DMV refunds are available to the dealership and how to apply for them
- Learn what to do when a vehicle is stolen, impounded or destroyed after delivery
